CMCK

After four years of construction, the Cultural and Museum Centre Karonga (CMCK) was officially opened in the north of Malawi. The Association, with the support and expertise of members of Uraha Foundation Germany and the Senckenberg Museum designed project has diverse objectives: Prof. Friedemann Schrenk, Head of paleoanthropology and initiator of the Malawian-German Uraha Foundation and his colleagues try to use the project knowledge there mediate, where the cradle of mankind was – in Africa.
